Company relocations can often mean longer commutes for your employees, resulting in higher levels of employee stress, lower levels of productivity, and greater turnover of employees. To help reduce these negative impacts of relocation, Arlington Transportation Partners (ATP) analyzes your company's relocation issues and provides recommendations for solving the commuting impact on employees.
ATP’s relocation consultants will work with you and your employees to educate and inform them of their new commuting options by providing the following services:
- Determining employees’ current and potential commuting concerns as well as commuting distance through employee surveying.
- Identifying commuting options to help make longer commutes easier and less stressful.
- Designing commuting incentives such as the tax-free transit benefit.
- Recommending and identifying transit options around your new office location.
- Creating Personalized Transportation Options Portfolios for each employee. ATP will use the employee’s home address to create options for getting to work. Each portfolio is developed for the individual employee and customized with brochures and transit schedules for each person’s commute.
