Re-Define Your Commute – ATP’s Redefine Your Commute materials include four customizable products for your property: Quick Glance Sheet, Transportation Options Poster, Resource Guide, and Commuter Planner. The products are developed specifically for your location, can be used for new hire packets, a quick reference for common areas or during training.
Bicycle Friendly Business – ATP representatives can help your property gain recognition for your efforts to promote bicycle programs among tenants and employees through the Bicycle Friendly Business program sponsored by the League of American Bicyclists.
Capital Bikeshare – The Nation’s largest bicycle sharing program is a popular attraction in Arlington County. We can assist with evaluating station sponsorship and corporate membership opportunities for your property.
Transportation Information Display – ATP can help set up an attractive display and brochure unit with customized transportation information such as transit maps and schedules for your property, including free online restocking of maps and brochures.
Developing and Implementing a Transportation Benefits Plan – In accordance with your site plan requirements, ATP helps you set up a systemized, automated transportation benefits plan that is relatively simple to administer. Typically, this includes:
- Administering commuter benefits and incentives for tenants/residents and your employees
- Distributing orientation packages for commercial tenants and/or residents
- Periodic promotions and distribution of literature
Orientation and Ongoing Assistance for your Property Transportation Coordinator – ATP’s representative will meet with your Property Transportation Coordinator to provide orientation and provide info about the free services we can offer.
Green Building Practices – ATP representatives can help you assess and plan transportation demand management strategies for your building to help you in seeking LEED certification.
