The products are developed specifically for your location, and can be used for new hire packets, a quick reference in common areas or during training.<

Bicycle Friendly Business – ATP representatives can help your property gain recognition for your efforts to promote bicycle programs among tenants and employees through the Bicycle Friendly Business program sponsored by the League of American Bicyclists.

Capital Bikeshare The Nation’s largest bicycle sharing program is at your fingertips. ATP will help you evaluate options to take advantage of this exciting program, including options for corporate membership and station sponsorship.

Resident Transportation Survey – As a starting point for developing transportation benefits program, we can develop a comprehensive survey to help you understand your residents’ commuting patterns and needs.

Transportation Brochures – Our easy online Brochure Service will provide you with free brochures for your residents on rail, bus, carsharing, bicycle, pedestrian and other transportation options.

Transportation Subsidy Amenity – ATP will assist in setting up transportation subsidies for your residents in the form of SmartTrip cards or a monthly stipend.

Bulk Fare Media – Having passes and fare cards available on-site for residents to purchase is a low-cost, high-reward benefit you can provide through CommuterDirect.com’s Bulk Ordering system.

Employee Training Sessions – ATP representatives will train your staff in all the transportation services available at your property so that they can answer residents’ questions and provide services more effectively.

On-site Promotions – Residents oriented seminars, special events and transportation fairs help educate your residents about transportation options  convenient to your property.

Transportation Information Displays – ATP can help set up an attractive display and brochure unit with customized transportation information for your property.

Ongoing Support for You – We provide continued support for your property’s transportation benefits coordinator and staff through our Solutions newsletter and our knowledgeable staff who are always available to assist you.
