Events & Onsite Promotions

Transportation fairs are a great way to promote your commuter benefits programs. A simple tabletop or booth display filled with brochures, flyers, and giveaways pertaining to different transportation options can help to create excitement among your employees or residents. They will find plenty of helpful information about getting around by transit, biking, walking, vanpooling, and carpooling.

If you'd like to enhance your transportation fair by having ATP provide personalized commuting information to each individual employee or resident, hand out Personalized Transportation Options Portfolio forms from your ATP representative prior to the transportation fair. ATP will then analyze each form and outline commuting options available to the individual resident or employee. We then provide the customized information and brochures that match with the individual’s specific commuting needs. The portfolios can be distributed before or during the fair, giving employees or residents the opportunity to discuss their options in person with an expert. Forms can also be provided during the fair and personalized portfolios can be delivered at a later date.

  • Plan ahead—Proper planning is the most important time-saving tip for you and your employees.
  • Advertise—One way to guarantee your audience's attention is by advertising through the media they use most often, such as an internal newsletter, intranet, or e-mail.
  • Post flyers—Design your own promotional flyers and post them in places where people tend to gather, such as hallways, elevators, and other high traffic locations.
  • Personalize—Send out personal invitations. Personalized invitations are much more motivating than generic invitations, and they show each individual that you care for their specific commuting needs.
