Concierge Training

Arlington Transportation Partners (ATP) wants to ensure that your guests know how to get around the county as easy as possible. To help in this endeavor we have created a training program for your concierge, front desk attendants, and anyone else to whom the information would benefit.

We will create a Resource Guide that contains all of the transportation options and information customized to your hotel. This includes all of the local bus routes and where the stop is located, Metro information, biking and walking information, Commuter Store locations with contact information, basic costs to popular points of interest in the area, and much more. When the resource guide is finished we can hold an information session to answer any questions you or your staff may have and to alert them to all of the transportation options. After the training session ATP is here with ongoing support to answer staff or guest questions as well as alerting your staff when there are major transportation issues or changes.

The program is free to Arlington hotels so call today to learn how we can help your staff give your guests the best experience possible while staying in Arlington County.

For more information, contact Arlington Transportation Partners (ATP) at 703.247.9299 (TDD: 711), solutions@transpartners.com, or request ATP's services by filling out this form.
