Information Displays
A transportation information display provides a visible reminder of your location’s proximity to area transit providers and provides timely information that is always available. Information displays can include the following:
- Kiosks for brochures and transit schedules
- A bulletin board for posters or fliers such as Air Quality Action Days code-red alerts, tax-free benefit information, special promotions, carpool and vanpool riders-wanted notices, etc.
- Maps of transit routes, bike lanes, and walking trails.
Arlington Transportation Partners (ATP) will help you set up your transportation information display and keep it stocked with up-to-date transportation information and brochures customized for the available options near your location.
ATP also offers specially designed information display units ranging in size from tabletop to freestanding floor models. Purchasing a display unit provides clear and comprehensive information about all modes of transportation close to where people live, work, play, and visit.
Maps can be customized to the location with sponsorship name and “You Are Here” arrows. Neighborhood maps include building outlines, transit routes with the individual stops highlighted, taxi stands, carshare parking spaces, and other detailed information. County-wide maps include all rail, bus transit, and HOV routes within or coming into Arlington County.
